How Do I Place An Order?

Ordering through our online shop is quick and easy, simply add the cards you would like to buy to your basket and follow the on-screen prompts to make payment.

If you cannot find what you are looking for on our website or if you would like to enquire about prints or gifts then please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Payment and Shipping

Once you have made your online payment you will receive confirmation of your order via email.

We aim to send all orders via 1st Class Royal Mail within 1-3 days following receipt of payment. If your order is urgent then please contact us before placing your online order and we will endeavour to assist you.

We only offer delivery to a United Kingdom address via this website. We currently are unable to ship outside of the UK but please do email us with any enquiry and we will do our best to help.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

Ordering through this website is secure and offers you to pay by bank or credit card. If you would prefer to make a payment by cheque then please email us with your order details and we will contact you to arrange payment. We regretfully are unable to ship any orders until payment has cleared in our account.

Returns & Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase then please email us within 5 days of receipt of your order explaining your reasons to felixetbonbon.com. If your cards have been damage in the post then please take a photograph and email us immediately on receipt so we can rectify the problem. We regret that we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds if you do not contact us within 5 days of receipt of your purchase. Unfortunately we will only refund return postage costs if the reason for the return is a result of our error or if the card is damaged.

Any personal information that we collect from you will be used solely for the purposes of operating this website and providing the services and products to you. We will never disclose your information to any outside organisation except as part of the operation of this website and/or the provision of the services and products to you, or where we are legally obliged to do so.
